Licensed Mexican attorney with over 28 years of experience specializing in Labor, Corporate and Compliance law, Foreign Investment, International Law - Commerce/USMCA. He graduated from law school in 1998 from the University of Texas-Pan American (now the University of Rio Grande Valley) in Edinburg, Texas.

With a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, labor laws, and international business, Angel has helped companies navigate complex legal frameworks with prudence, ethics, and strategic decision-making. His expertise ensures that businesses remain legally compliant, socially responsible, and culturally aware while managing international workforce solutions.
